Rescue and Animal CARE Magazine has been established for over 16 years. The concept of the title came to our publisher Jennifer Prowse when she read a sorry tale in a newspaper about a dog thrown out of a van on a dual carriageway, just because its owner decided it was too much to handle.

The more she investigated the heart-breaking world of unwanted, badly treated animals and the amazing work carried out by Pet Charities she decided to provide a free window for rescue centres to feature animals needing new homes.

Aside from featuring Re homing articles, the importance of Responsible Pet Ownership, including all areas, from Nutrition to Pet Behaviour was an obvious subject to also cover.

Each month, Jennifer and her team bring a thought provoking and interesting read to thousands of Pet loving readers all over the UK, with to free to read online magazine.
